Please contact us after you fax it, with the phone number of the fax machine you sent it from, so that we may be able to locate it in a timely manner.
Warranty type will be determined by the date of contact. All Refunds/Credits will be issued on date of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition in the hard case you received from us. However you may keep any accessories as our free gift.
