As a member of our EyeBuddies™ Referral Program, you are subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms and Conditions:
You cannot refer yourself, another member of your household, or existing customers for referral credits. However, we will still allow the discount percentage to be applied to those orders.
In case of returns, cancelations, or fraud, we reserve the right to remove these credits from your Eyebucks account.
Terms of Use
An “EyeBuddy” will be defined as an individual who wishes to refer someone to our website in exchange for store credit known as Eyebucks Rewards. All sales will be payable directly to Value Eyecare Network, Inc. by credit card through Value Eyecare Network’s merchant service account.

EYEBUDDIES SERVICE AGREEMENT
By agreeing to our Terms and conditions, you indicate that you are willing to join our EyeBuddies Referral Program, understand the rules, are of legal age, and understand that you will be bound by our Terms of use.
You further agree that the Value Eyecare Network, Inc. may collect, process, and hold personal and other data on you for the purpose of fulfilling the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. You agree not to make any representations regarding your relationship with Value Eyecare Network or 39DollarGlasses.com’s customers. You further agree to protect Value Eyecare Network’s proprietary and confidential business information and to not use or display Value Eyecare Network’s trademarks or otherwise infringe Value Eyecare Network’s intellectual property rights, unless such information or intellectual property rights are given in writing from Value Eyecare Network.
You agree and understand that Value Eyecare Network has no control over how Value Eyecare Network customers present themselves to you and that any information pertaining to such customers (including but not limited to prescription information and payment terms) is solely the responsibility of the customer and is not within Value Eyecare Network’s control except where expressly stated otherwise. Prohibition of SPAM/CAN-SPAM Compliance. Value Eyecare Network, Inc. has a strict policy against unsolicited commercial e-mail (commonly referred to as "Spam"). Moreover, Value Eyecare Network does not partner with companies or individuals that engage in Spam or fail to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law 108-187) or other laws regulating commercial email. You hereby affirm that all End Users contacted by you by e-mail as part of this Agreement are End Users that have subscribed to receive e-mail messages on an explicit, voluntary basis and that your sending of such e-mail under the terms of this Agreement cannot be reasonably interpreted as Spam or Spamming, a mobile service message as defined by the CAN-SPAM Act; and that you shall at all times comply with the CAN-SPAM Act or any other laws regulating commercial email. You agree to indemnify and hold Value Eyecare Network, its merchant customers and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, agents, directors and representatives harmless from any and all allegations, claims, actions, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, obligations, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs related to in-house counsel time, court costs and witness fees) attributable to or arising out of or in connection with any third-party claim regarding an allegation of Spam or violation of the CAN-SPAM Act (or any other laws regulating commercial email) in connection with this Agreement.
You acknowledge that Value Eyecare Network may, in its sole discretion, deactivate or disable your access to the Value Eyecare Network Service Bureau if: (a) you have automated the sending of traffic at a rate or in a form that may cause disruption to the Value Eyecare Network Service Bureau; (b) you have accessed or attempted to access an area of the Value Eyecare Network system or Value Eyecare Network Service Bureau for which access is not authorized; (c) Value Eyecare Network reasonably believes you may be engaged in unlawful, suspect or fraudulent activity; or (d) if Value Eyecare Network reasonably believes such action to be necessary in furthering the best interests of Value Eyecare Network customer base as a whole.
