My Account Information

How do I log into My Account?

Log in to your account via the “my account” link at the top, right corner of the page or click the following link: www.39dollarglasses.com/login Once you’re there, you can access and edit your information.

Retrieve Password

Click on the Forgot Password? link on the Log In page and enter the email address you use for your account. Your password information will be sent to that email address.

Change My Email Address

To change your email address, log in to your account and click change password. Enter your new password, this will now be your new login.

Account Access

If you're having trouble accessing your account, make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser. Re-enter your username and password. If you're still experiencing difficulty, please call us for assistance.

Prior Prescriptions Used

All your previous orders are saved to your My Account section. From there, you are able to see your prescriptions and frame choices and the date of your orders.
