Steps to maintaining healthy visionEyes are a very important organ, and are the windows to overall health as well. Keeping them healthy ensures perfect vision and a better quality of life.

Many individuals may take their eyesight for granted and not know that something may be wrong. If there are no symptoms of an issues, many will go on about their business without having a routine eye exam.

Diseases like glaucoma and cataracts slow progress over time, leaving many people caught off guard when they hear the news that it may be too late to do anything.

Sitting in front of a computer screen all day may have a detrimental effect on our vision as well. If you experience blurry or double vision or neck and shoulder pains, those may be a sign that a rest is needed from the computer.
