Of late, it seems like a host of celebrities have been stepping out in some pretty fashionable eyeglasses. If you're shopping around for a new pair of specs, you might be inspired by some of their eyewear choices.

As most celebrity-news addicts know, there's a fine art to the casual but incredibly hip ensembles that the stars wear to and from airports.

Perhaps the dry air inside planes bothers the eyes of the rich and famous as much as it does the little people, because funky sunglasses seem to be de-rigueur for traveling stars.

The American Optometric Association also recommends that adults between the ages of 19 and 40 eat a varied diet of fresh fruits and vegetables to keep their eyes healthy and guard against vision problems like glaucoma and cataracts.
