New sunglasses offer cutting edge bluetooth technologyIs your bluetooth device giving you an earache? Now you can carry on phone conversations through your sunglasses.

New bluetooth sunglasses made by Sanwa feature two adjustable pads that sit just forward of your ears. The pads transmit the audio vibrations from any bluetooth-capable device, like your phone or computer, and stream sounds by vibrating the tiny bones of your inner ear, Slash Gear reveals.

It may sound a little strange, but the the sunglasses offer a few perks. One of which is that users don't have to wear ear buds, which can be uncomfortable. Another benefit of the bluetooth sunglasses is that the audio pads don't cover or sit directly in the ear, leaving those who use the device better able to hear the world around them. That can help pedestrians and drivers be more aware of things like traffic, the news source suggests.

The sunglasses might also prevent against hearing loss, as audiologists have long been cautioning against ear buds. Because they set the noise source directly against the ear, the potential for hearing damage is greater than with traditional headphones, Brass magazine reports.

Experts suggest that when using audio devices like ear buds, listeners should limit the volume to 60 decibels and use it for no longer than 60 minutes a day, according to the magazine.ADNFCR-2615-ID-19422996-ADNFCR
