Harry Potter’s Famous Eyeglasses Now on Exhibit

Harry Potter fans can’t get enough of the bespectacled young wizard, and those who enjoy the movies based on J.K. Rowling’s wildly popular series can now see the famous eyeglasses worn by actor Daniel Radcliffe in the films as part of Harry Potter: The Exhibition.

The entire collection will be leaving Toronto’s Ontario Science Center in September and there has been rampant speculation as to where the popular attraction will head next.

One guess is the Pacific Science Center in Seattle, according to SeattlePI.com.

The website predicts that the museum, which is expected to reveal its next exhibit this week, will host the popular show.

The Science Center released a statement revealing that it “will announce that it will host the West coast premiere and final U.S. destination of a major exhibition.”

So, in addition to Potter’s signature round eyeglasses, what else could fans see? Those who make it to the exhibition (wherever it lands next) will be treated to a glimpse at replicas of rooms at Hogwarts and hands-on exhibits, according to the news provider.

Before taking your youngsters to see the spell-binding attractions, it may be a good idea to schedule an eye exam. According to the American Optometric Association, school-aged children should see an eye care professional annually to screen their vision and check for eye health issues that could impact their development and learning.
